DISCLOSURE/AGREEMENT/CONSENT I/We affirm that all the information on this application is true, accurate, complete and correct and agree that if this is not so, my application may be denied and/or my lease will be held in default and I may be subject to eviction. I/We hereby authorize the property manager to verify all information contained on the application and conduct a full background check including but not limited to credit, bank account, employment, eviction, criminal background checks and authorize property manager to contact any persons or companies listed on the application. Applicant has the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time to receive additional, detailed information about the nature and scope of this investigation. NON REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE I/We hereby agree to pay a non-refundable fee of $50.00, check, cash or money order only. GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT: I/We hereby deposit the sum of $ with management as a good faith and/or holding deposit in connection with this rental application and if my application is approved and I/We fail to enter into a Rental Agreement or fail to take possession under the terms of my Rental Agreement if one has been signed, I/We understand and agree that the entire Good Faith Deposit shall be forfeited by me. In addition, if I/We have already entered into a Rental Agreement, I/We will be held liable for all rents and damages as set forth in the Rental Agreement. If my/our application is not approved, I/We will receive a refund of my Good Faith deposit in full within 30 days. If my/our application is approved, a Rental Agreement is signed, and, /We take possession of the home/condo, the Good Faith deposit shall be applied towards my/our security/damages deposit. Keys will be furnished only after lease and other rental documents have been properly executed by all parties and only after applicable rentals and security/damages deposits have been paid. This application is preliminary only, in no way implies that a particular rental unit shall be available and in no way obligates landlord or management to execute a lease or deliver possession of the proposed premises. |
